Very nice and well equipped house (48 m²) in which can be accommodated up to 4 people, category ****, ground floor, air conditioning, TV, TVSAT, internet, two bedrooms, living room with dining room, kitchen, very nice bathroom, covered terrace (32 m²), table and chairs on the terrace, sunbeds, view of the sea, clothes dryer, garden shower, grill, private parking, smoking is not allowed in the house (smoking is preferred on terrace). 

Kitchen equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (187 L), deep freeze (40 L), electric kitchen, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster.

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower, washing machine.

Iron, ironing board: available on request, after agreement with the owner.

Pets are welcome (additional fee, 5€ per day).
