Nice, big house (located just 10m from the sea) in which can be accommodated up to 10 people, category ***, ground floor / first floor, air conditioning x 2 (on both floors), TV x 2, three bedrooms, three kitchens, two living rooms (with exits to the balcony or terrace), three bathrooms, private parking, grill, large (partly covered) terrace, large balcony with beautiful view of the sea, smoking is allowed in the house. Small pets are welcome.

The house consists of three separate apartments:

1.  Apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2). Apartment consists of bedroom (partial sea view), living room combined with kitchen (exit to the balcony), bathroom and large balcony.

Equipment: TV, TV-SAT, air conditioning, kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, gas kitchen, fridge, small deep freeze, coffee machine.

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower.

2.  Apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2). Apartment consists of bedroom, living room combined with kitchen (exit to the terrace) and bathroom.

Equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, gas kitchen, fridge, small deep freeze, coffee machine.

Bathroom equipment: complete, shower.

3.  Studio apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 2 people (2+0). Apartment consists of bedroom connected with kitchen and living room (exit to the terrace) + bathroom. 

Equipment: TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, electric kitchen, fridge, small deep freeze.

Bathroom equipment: complete, shower.

Number of rooms: 3 + 2 living rooms, the total number of beds in rooms: 5, number of double beds: 5 (including two beds located in the living rooms, sofa beds). 

Distance to the bus stop is 300 m, distance to the train station is 25 km (Kastela), distance to the nearest airport is 20 km Split (Trogir), distance to the nearest ferry port is 50 km (Split), distance to the main road is 10 km, distance to the nearest exchange bureau is 300 m (post office), distance to the cash point is 8 km (Marina), distance to the restaurant is 60 m, distance to the grocery store is 100 m, distance to the petrol station is 20 km.

The house consists of ground and first floors. Building is situated by the sea (about 10 m from the sea). Guests have at their disposal private parking, balcony with beautiful view of the sea, large (partly covered) terrace on which is located grill.

Exchange of bed linen and towels every 7 days.

Final cleaning included in rental price.

Tourist tax included in the rental price.

The facility has place for berth boat (additional fee 10 € per day).
