Nice, big house (115 m²) in which can be accommodated up to 10 people, category ***, first floor / second floor, swimming pool (24 m²), air conditioning x 2 (on both floors), TV x 2, radio, internet, four bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms (exits to the balcony or terrace), two bathrooms, private parking, grill, very large terrace (30 m²) + very large sunny terrace (next to the pool) + balcony (8 m²) with beautiful view of the sea, clothes dryer, table and chairs on the terrace and balcony, sunbeds, garden shower, nice garden, smoking is allowed in the house.

The house consists of two separate apartments:

1. Apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 5 people. Apartment consists of two bedrooms (sea view), large living room (exit to the terrace), kitchen, bathroom and large terrace (table and chairs on the terrace).

Equipment: TV, air conditioning, radio, kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, gas-electric kitchen, oven, fridge, deep freeze, coffee machine, toaster, air absorber (cooker hood).

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower, hair dryer.

2.  Apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to 5 people. Apartment consists of two bedrooms (sea view), large living room (exit to the balcony), kitchen, bathroom and balcony (table and chairs on the balcony).

Equipment: TV, air conditioning, kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, gas-electric kitchen, oven, fridge, deep freeze, coffee machine.

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower, hair dryer.

Small pets are welcome.

Number of rooms: 4 + 2 large living rooms, the total number of beds in rooms: 6, number of double beds: 4, number of single beds: 2 (beds are located in the living rooms, sofa beds).
