Nice, big house (located about 70 m from the sea) in which can be accommodated up to 6 people, category ***, ground floor / first floor, air conditioning x 2 (on both floors), TV x 2, satellite TV, internet, two bedrooms, one living room, two kitchens with dining areas (exits to the balcony or terrace), two bathrooms, covered balcony with view of the sea, large shady terrace, table and chairs on the balcony and terrace, nice garden, grill, private parking, smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house consists of two separate apartments:

1. Apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 3 people. Apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen with dining area (exit to the terrace), bathroom and large terrace.

Equipment: air conditioning, TV, satellite TV, internet, clothes dryer, kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, large fridge (150 L), freezer (38 L), electric kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle. 

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower.

2. Apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 3 people. Apartment consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area (exit to the balcony), bathroom and large (covered) balcony.

Equipment: internet, TV, TV-SAT, air conditioning, clothes dryer, kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, fridge (40 L), freezer (15 L), electric kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, air absorber (cooker hood).  

Bathroom equipment: complete, shower.

Number of rooms: 2 + 1 living room, the total number of beds in rooms: 4, number of double beds: 2, number of single beds: 2 (including one bed located in the living room, sofa bed).

Distance to the bus stop is 100 m, distance to the train station is 25 km (Kastela), distance to the nearest airport is 20 km Split (Trogir), distance to the nearest ferry port is 50 km (Split), distance to the main road is 8 km, distance to the nearest exchange bureau is 300 m (post office), distance to the cash point is 8 km (Marina), distance to the restaurant is 50 m, distance to the grocery store is 30 m, distance to the petrol station is 20 km.
